I am COO of Next Core Revolution (NCR), a B2B software startup that automates complex institutional processes. My work is turning slow, manual, high-stakes workflows into software that is traceable and measurable.
I came to operations by an unusual path. I trained as a biomedical engineer in physiological signal processing, and I worked on the technical service side at Dolphin Medical, a medical equipment distributor, where I dealt first-hand with the supply chain and the world of logistics: what actually happens between an order and a delivery, and where processes break.
The common thread: take messy inputs, whether noisy brain recordings, supply chain handoffs or paper-driven institutional procedures, and build a repeatable pipeline whose output you can verify.
Professional interests
- Workflow automation and operational compliance for institutions
- Procurement and purchasing processes as a software problem
- Process modeling (BPMN) and traceability by design
- Supply chain and logistics, especially for medical equipment
- Physiological signal processing and signal reconstruction
- Data pipelines with quantitative validation instead of manual inspection
Before NCR: the distributor side of medical equipment
I worked in technical service at Dolphin Medical, a distributor of minimally invasive surgery equipment, on the laparoscopy side. The portfolio covered the full imaging chain of the operating room: video systems, light sources, camera heads, optics, fiber optic cables, forceps with electrodes and 4K monitors.
Being on the distributor side meant seeing institutional purchasing from the supplier's end. I took part in tenders, delivered equipment to the buyer and organized the warehouse that made delivery possible. I learned how much of a purchase is decided by logistics and paperwork long before the equipment reaches the operating room.
Tenders
Taking part in institutional tenders and the documentation they require.
Delivery
Getting laparoscopy equipment to the buyer and into service.
Warehouse
Organizing storage and stock of delicate, high-value equipment.
Technical service
Supporting video systems, light sources, cameras, optics and cables.
That experience is where my interest in procurement and traceable processes comes from. At NCR I now build software for the same kind of institutional processes I used to see from the outside.
Selected work
Thesis: EEG cleaning and reconstruction
An automated, parameterized protocol that turned recordings with no usable dipolar components into 79 across 10 subjects.
